Menace Protocol combines the free improvisation of virtuoso saxophonist and multiinstrumentalist Ben Schmidt-Swartz with the expansive sound world from Christopher Biggs’ live electronic performance system. A stylistic fusion of experimental jazz, noise, contemporary classical, and electronic dance music, Biggs/Schmidt-Swartz take the listener on a journey from slowly evolving warm landscapes, to wild gestural interactions.
