Travel to conference

Kalamazoo has a regional airport. There are also airports that often have less expensive tickets that are nearby if you are rending a car, including in Grand Rapids, Lansing, Detroit, and Chicago. There is a bus station and a train station in Kalamazoo.

Lodging

There is no conference hotel. There are numerous hotels close to campus, but none of them are an easy walk to the School of Music.

GETTING AROUND KALAMAZOO

It is easiest to get around in a car. There are busses through the city and campus also.

CONFERENCE LOCATIONS

The majority of the events will occur in the Dalton Center on the ground floor. This building can be found in the campus map: https://wmich.edu/maps

We will supply parking passes to those in need that will function in Parking Structure Number 2, which can also be found on the campus map.

The reception will be in the Richmond Center, which is attached to the Dalton Center.

The dinner will be at the the University Roadhouse.
